Most of my paintings range from acrylics, oils, spray paint, to mixed media. In the moment of creation the decision is made with how to proceed to achieve the exact look that I want to portray. I like to go painting by painting, denying the force to fit my ‘preferred’ painting style, but instead accepting the ‘what NEEDS to happen to make this painting be what its saying to me’. Painting on found surfaces is my personal favorite as I enjoy the play of textures.
